Active Webcam captures images at up to 30 frames per second from any video device.
Then Active Webcam broadcasts captured content from your computer, or it can upload video to an FTP server, as you want.
Broadcasting can be viewed using any Internet browser without having to install any plug-in, so it will be easier for the users who visit your website, because they will no have to download nor install any file.
Active Webcam is capable of performing simultaneous recording and broadcasting from an unlimited number of cameras.
But this is not the only feature it includes, you can set it to when it detects motion in the monitored area, it sounds alarm, e-mails the captured images, initiates broadcasting or records video.
In addition you can add passwords to the Broadcasting and recording, and the program has features for placing image overlays and date/time stamps on each frame. Of course, the image size and quality can be adjusted.
